I went back for a second look at your site and my opinion is...if the site were totally free and you had a thousand of the type of videos you currently have already posted...you would not have many...if any...return visitors. The info sucks...and the videos suck.

Stick to the same font throughout. The design looks a mess as it is, like 2002 hacked together html.
There's no clear message on what the site is all about, needs to be damn obvious to surfers the minute they land there.
This looks like another pick up artist site, but with videos to me. What's your USP? Why would people rebill? If by some miracle they actually learn how to pick up, why would they come back to view some cheesy videos - in case they forgot?
The best thing about it is the domain name.

Is it not possible to get actual videos of guys trying to really pick girls up like in public and afterwards get their consent to show it on your site. These videos are all staged, I'd like to see real life stuff/flirting videos, I dont think the porn is needed. Perhaps afterwards you can even interview the girls and ask them about what signals they use etc... you know, get real with it or at least as real as possible.

You are right all of the videos will be staged. But the videos in real life settings will be so much better than using obvious porn videos. Picking up the girl is only 1/2 of the job, what you do with her is the other 1/2 and is just as important, if not more. Recording the proper things to do with her in the bedroom would not only give them something to whack off to but educate them on the do's and donts.
Although the signals, should just be "part" of the site, not the whole site.
Doing the videos right (or wrong) is what will really determine if the site is successfull. I would focus 80% of my time on getting great videos made. The videos will be your viral advertising material, watching one video could sell some one to join the site. I checked out the site after reading the last few days of hype on GFY about the project. I have to give it to you - you can create a major league buzz.
1. I have no idea what it is that you are selling. How to pick up chicks? ... porn memberships? ... There is no clear messaging to warrant a sale. There is no "hook"
There is a fine line between subtle and confusing. You are seriously on the confusing side with this concept.
2. The design is amazingly weak. You will not stand out from the 1000000 other simple/clean sites out there.
Slick designs will make a surfer want to check out the tour, maybe join up. Thinking that an old school 2000ish design will cut it today in the world of the tubes is going to result in a serious disappointment.
3. Picking up babes with these really lame "signals" ... a 13 year old boy may fall for this but not a seasoned surfer that has seen every TGP/MGP/Tube/paysite/freesite out there.
4. Stock content. You have nothing original that says - I have to come here to this site to see this content. ... Why pay $30 for a membership when I can go see it for free on a variety of sites that have existed for years now.
My advice:
1. Make your sales messaging clear and well understood.
2. Get a design that really stands out.
3. Get some exclusive content.
I would advise you to rethink your entire strategy on this site.Comment

Sure, I have a couple mainstream ideas that I started that I never launched. My biggest fault is that I enjoy ( a lot) creating the project and developing the idea, but when it comes time to launch I am not as excited about it. Because then its time to hire new people, shell out the big bucks to launch it, etc... I have something come up with my traffic that diverts me away from it, it gets bumped to the end of the list because it is going to be something that I am going to have to sink money it to to get going opposed to working on my advertising which is generating revenue etc..
So if you are looking for a good idea, someone to manage its creation and help setup the pieces for a staff to run it, and someone to check in now and and again to see how it is going, come up with new enhancements, etc... that would be the perfect gig for me to do.
if you are serious about doing something I have a few mainstream projects I could go over with you that I never launched that i still think have a huge potential.
