Like others I like the concept, the execution not so much.
The main hook here is that these girls will be offering advice AND fucking.
Unfortunately the fucking part might be obvious to you since it is your concept but putting myself in a surfer's shoes I don't see it. If I hadn't read it here first I would think the members area contains a few youtube type vids. i think the design needs to get more fresh, maybe a bit of web 2.0 look with some punch ups of classic porn sales styling.
the buttons, nav areas, labels of signals, and header area all give me the feeling of old, including the type facing. get some css text and proper sizing for making what you want people to read, well pleasant to read.
also that line about no virgins, all models fucked, needs to go up top with some more suggestion, or even small semi-opaque caps from the hardcore.

oh, and if your teaching the how to pick up on the signals and execute,

lol I can take a site that I am the only one working on it and move it from a 12,500,000 alexa ranking to 1,500,000 just from me having the alexa tool bar installed on my browser.
This is why I don't think it is good to hype stuff, the expectations usually fall short. Especially when the design and photo cut outs look 90's ish.
I do wish you luck, don't mean to be insulting, just expected more. You might get some people here to sympothy promote, but I don't see this going over well with surfers. What are they signing up to see? more cut out girls ? just pictures? full length videos are all over the place for free and you want a surfer to join for some cut out pictures ? If they signing up for advice on how to pick up girls, 1. they don't know who you are so why would they want advice from you? 2. there is tons of blogs and other free info out there they can read up on.
If you want some more constructive criticism let me know I will look over it more.
Also, If I were you I would promote it myself with my own traffic and tweak things, make it convert better, before trying to get affiliates to a site.
I know you will likely take all of that the wrong way and see it as an attack, people never want to hear bad things about something they are excited about.... but it wasn't meant to be mean.

Ok I just watched a little more... giving you the benefit of the doubt that I missed something the first time. I watched a "suduction video"... so you took an average, very obvious porn video where the models are paid, and point out things she is doing to try to seduce the guy???
The idea has some potential... but if you seriously wanted to execute it you would need to shoot your own content not use stock porn vids. My suggestion on how to do the concept right would be to shoot your on vids in bars or just out in public, even if they are staged make them have the appearence of being real. Make it more like a video how to, have a guy go up to the girl and strike out doing something wrong, then give "your advice" have he go back at her and show him being successful. Make it part comedy by showing them what not to do as much as you show them what to do.
Take it a step further and make it educational. With your own clips you can get a model to get naked and first point out all the different parts of her body naked, what she likes to have done to her, how to do it, etc... The proper way to eat pussy, the wrong way.... etc... you can mix in the porn here. Get people to submit their own videos, if your videos are real good/funny it could go viral which is your best chance at traffic.
The way you have it now, it's not clear what you are selling. I don't think many people would come back if they even understood it. It's not relivent. pointing out what a chick is doing on a porn video that she is paid to do does not = to showing single guys the right way to pick up girls
You would need to basically start over, and with a MUCH bigger budget, shoot your owncontent and make the site look more like 2010 not 1996. Since you are on a budget try to partner with a content shooter who would be willing to do most of the work (not sure what you would have to offer other than some traffic).
Try to put your ego a side and read what I posted, if it helps pretend that one of your bros posted it and not me. I know you see my name you already think... idiot.. he is trying to troll.... etc... i'm giving you very good, free advice.

I see you have lots of wise and experienced people there behind you. That's important, both for support and for feedback.
Some observations I made which might help improve the site are:
? Correct spelling errors here and there.
? Perhaps a better light balance could be applied to the photos (or put them on a colored background, instead of a stark white background, so that the difference from girl-to-girl won't be as obvious).
? I would suggest a different logo (or at least eliminate the dot on the top of the logo).
My suggestion would be to use an animated gif of a traffic signal with the green light blinking YES, and have surfers click on the Yes signal to enter the site.
? Place some type of video on the first page after people click inside (an introductory video for example, such as a girl saying, "Hey guys, welcome to Yes Signals, where you are not only going to be entertained by hot, sexy girls, but as a bonus you are also going to learn the techniques which will help you increase your chances of getting that hot chick that you've had your eyes on..."
? Put a general warning on the landing page that it is an adult site (not simply another typical pick-up" site).
Until I opened a video, I didn't realize that it was going to have hardcore content (and that was my 5th or 6th random click - you need to hook the surfer faster than that, or they may surf away).
* Since there is hardcore content inside (I viewed a few videos), you need to get those 2257 disclaimers up (yes, even though you are Canadian, lol).
These aren't criticisms per se, so please don't take my comments the wrong way.
It's always good to get unbiased feedback.
Anyway, I see lots of marketing potential there.

I actually couldn't go to sleep last night thinking about this. I hate to see anyone fail at something they put their heart into. I have failed so many times on wild projects I thought was great but in reality they were dumb as fuck. Scott, drop your ego and listen to these people. All the bros you talked to when you were developing this did you a diservice by not telling you the truth about this idea. Scott scrap this project now, don't throw good money after bad man. I failed just as big as you did at a off line business. I had this crazy idea to buy tons of cheap silver jewelry, rent out rooms in antique stores and sell it. Great idea as the antique stores would sell it for me, take 10% then I just restock the rooms. I can't tell you how many hours of labor me, my wife, and my daughters put into this. I think I invested close to 200k into this. Display cases, display things for rings necklaces etc I have so much shit in my garage from this it's not even funny. About 150k was invested into the jewelry itself. Well as soon as I had 3 rooms set up guess what happened? Economy went to shit. Right now as I post this my daughter is sorting the jewelry so we can knock out the valuable stones and take 150k of silver jewelry to a smelter where I'll be lucky to get 40k for the sliver itself after they melt it all.
