Possible solution to the Dirty D vs Shoehorn dillema
Dirty D pays him what he owes ?
I've never met either of them at the shows but I hear they are both bros. I had to think about this long and hard.... and i know its a novel idea, but how about Dirty D pays his affiliate for the traffic he continued to ACCEPT.
It's one thing if he finds out and says "i didn't know you were doing that, I know a lot of other people accept that traffic and I was a moron for not putting it in my TOS, I am going to be a jackass here and still not pay you on it". But he didn't do that. He noticed what was happening and instead of telling shoehorn to stop, he just went into Nats and made sure shoehorns checks wouldn't go out but he kept ACCEPTING the traffic.
The fact that he knowingly continued to accept that traffic after he was made well aware of what was going on means he must have been OK with accepting the traffic or he would have contacted him and told him to stop. If you continue to accept the traffic how in hell can you justify not paying for it.
How can anyone with a rational mind argue that????
