I'll try to give the short version of the long story....

I have a bunch of domains that have been sitting around for years that I have been trying to get to. So I put my programmer to work on setting up something that I could slap on these sites, that would run itself and start getting them at least listed in the SE's if nothing else.

What started off as a "landing page" type project ended up into a full blown site. I have what I think is a pretty kick ass turnkey type site built for an idiot like me to setup and run which means everything is controlled through an admin webpage. I don't edit html or code, no cms for me to play with etc etc...

My goal is to build out at least 1 site around each niche as I have tons of niche based urls. Buy some hard links for my sites, maybe do a few trades, populate/set up the site then put it on autopilot and if it makes 1 sale a week or a month... cool. I'll have about 100+ of them out there so it should add up collectively.

Question... Should I also sell a license to the software or just use it for myself? Is there a market for a site like this? My programmer worked on it full time for about a month so it's not some hack $20, couple hours of work programming job. To build out the site with content and get it ready for auto pilot it would take someone about 3-6 hours depending on how much you added to it. I am paying someone to fill out mine.

License it or no? If yes should I just sell the code and let the new owner be responsible for updating it, bug fixes, or I support it? Or for noobs, should I even host it for them and charge them a monthly fee for the site programming and hosting ?

Anything out there like this now?
