I have bank receipts that proves this is incorect like many other statements Scott as cried out on here. I was also advise not to pursue this.
I was wrong to do this post and under some wine influense and got ticked off by a post Scott at yet made again trying to trash me.
There are 2 sides to a coin but unfortunatly for GFY my side was given to legal council.

If it was an investment of a substantial size, and you only lost $15k, I'd feel like I dodged a bullet. I've lost a few times that over the last couple years, but you win some/lose some. It's a life lesson that prepares you for the future.
However, I guess it's just easier to complain about it when a "friend" was partnered with you, as you can blame them for the downfall instead of yourself (or the economy as a whole). Investments are gambles that are never guranteed. You don't yell at a casino dealer for losing a hand of blackjack, do you? Business investments are no different
I'm sure Scott has covered well over $15k over the last few years with you if you take into account rent, travel, etc. If you're smart, you'll patch it up, truck through the downfall together, and bounce back up when the time is right.Comment

It's funny that no one has said anything about all the parties you threw, and all the times you rented boats, the outings in Phoenix, and all the other times you had dinner parties with THOUSANDS of dollars you spent on other people.
It seems we only see the one unfortunate thing that happens and never all the good things.
It sucks the the money was lost, but as baddog said, when you invest, it is definitely roll of the dice.

Well this is the first time I've seen you refute that you didn't violate the contract by missing 5 payments, something Scott has contended from the beginning. He's suggesting you owed him for other things and sent in less than full payments not specifying where the money should be applied. When Scott offered to just let you take over the payments and keep the land all to yourself (including his downpayment), why didn't you take him up on that?"WTF, on google you can find the answer to every question in human history, EXCEPT how to convert cams..

I've seen Scott be very generous as well. I've even seen him give money to a stranger we met and were talking to while getting a bite to eat. Damn, you sound like a ridiculously generous guy. If all the above is true, what can you do? Some people are never grateful and can never be satisfied....not to mention all the first class flights I bought Jman (more than 10), most of his leather furniture for his apartment when he moved in, reduced rent and often no rent when he lived with me and use of my car, storage for MANY years of his car, I can go on.....
none of that was part of the deal. Had it gone the other way - Jman would have won HUGE. I'm just someone to mooch off for him.
and AFTER all that I put in over $36K on the deal and I STILL offered him all my shares in it to take it over and he refused demanding all his money back.
Jman is a great friend so long as you can pay him to be there.
