Ive never had a problem with them. Yet I also respect their TOS, make sure I never use chathost content that has blocked areas, always remove a chathost image the second she or he asks, and make for damn sure my whois contains real information. If a host finds her image on your site, does a whois and emails you and it bounces she complains to ifriends, and well read the TOS.
I also speak with them all the time, have a huge downline, had 1 check bounce which was a banking error (they switched banks that next week), and they fed exed me a new check plus my bank fee's for that trouble.
As far as them not investigating. Again here is an email I got from the Clickca$h support team - Clickcash traffic integrity department.
Dear Clickcash Affiliate Account XXXXXXXXXXX:
DO YOU CONTROL THE FOLLOWING URLS?
(This is a regular automated report.)
According to our records, numerous individuals
have traversed clickcash links containing your
clickcash.com affiliate ID over the last 7 to 10 days.
Please review the following list of frequently-observed
referral URLs to confirm that each URL relates to a
webpage or URL over which you exert control. If you
identify any webpages or URLs below that you *do not*
control, it may indicate that another Clickcash
affiliate with an ID code similar to yours has
made typographical errors in setting up their
links, or it could also indicate that a rogue
individual is attempting to falsely direct traffic
through Clickcash in your name, potentially in an
attempt to discredit your account or mischaracterize
your traffic as originating as spam.
If you recognize each of the URLs below, and each is under
your control, there is no action needed on your part. However,
if there are any URLs below that are *not* under your control,
please report them at:
