    Admin - ban Nexcom28 - scam contest

    Mods may want to consider banning nexcom28 for staging a scam design contest:

    Aren't contests only allowed by top advertisers - to be approved by Eric...according to GFY faq/rules?

    And if this contest was approved - does GFY want to become known as a haven for scammers and rip-off con artists?
