If I import laptops from a Chinese manufacturer and sell them to retail customers, quoting specs that I got from the manufacturer, who is to blame when it turns out it has an AMD processor instead of Intel as I have told my customers? I am, of course (even though I will have to sort things out with the manufacturer, but that's my problem, my customers never dealt with him).
Now, let's liken this metaphor a bit to the situation as it presents itself here. What would happen if I sold the laptops as if they were Dells (the manufacturer told me they are), but there's an HP logo on them? (Think Sextracker stats, complaining customers, etc)
