im guessing your making some good money with referralmatrix actually, i was discussing the scalability of it with an SEM two days ago.
my point however is this, positive thoughts net positive results .. perhaps you do make more than charles, not what I was saying, but for some people getting drudged down in the drama can really affect their productivity.
but thats just my thoughts
