She took what happened there very hard even tho it was not a result of her actions. SegPay was built to assure that can't happen again. The funds generated by your sales are held by the bank. They are issued directly to you by the bank. They never touch our hands and that is the way it should be.

Believe me when I say what happened at iBill was taken by Cathy very seriously and that she took it very personally even tho she was not the one who had control over it. She did as much as she could and took what she learned from that experience to build SegPay the right way.
