didnt you remove a few hardlinks from jays-xxx-links index page a few months ago without notice? the ones at the bottom that are just text now instead of links...

i hate when people remove linktrades without notice too
i used to check all my hardlink trades on a monthly basis to make sure people hadnt removed them, now i have someone check them weekly for me
as many sites as you have though i imagine checking all of them that often wouldnt be a realistic solution for you...Comment

Yeah, I did remove links to sites that had dropped trades. Well for the record I run Link Ass and I didnt remove your link until you removed mine, I emailed you about it and you said you'd be putting some back up soon, waited a month and saw you hadnt put it back up so then I finally removed yours.
No hard feelings though, guess its just an example of how sometimes when people remove hardlinks its a mistake and not intentional....Comment

jesus, question asked and answered. He said he sent you an email. He probably did. How is it his fault if he sent you an email about it if you missed it ?
Moral of the story, check email, and every couple months take 10 mins to check your link trades to make sure you links are still up (incase you miss the email
)

site design is a little dif now than when we had a trade, but the links were in a similar spot back then too
what i usually do when im checking a site to see if my link is there i view source and search find for my url, that way i can check for nofollow as well

Jay, it is funny but few months ago you dropped my hardlink without any notice... my link anchor text was on your page but NO link existed...
and no reply from you to shitload of messages on icq...
and I am not alone... one of my partners was complaining that you did the same with his link also.. no notices, no replies to messages, nothing! just silent removal

This is the reason why I do not trade with anyone else anymore.... I don't have the time to fucking research whos dropping what links. Most of my sites now just have content and links within my own network, everything else outside has been removed.i like wafflesComment

and any link I traded with kush even in 2002 is still up now.....which reminds me to remove it because you removed all the links...probably over 100 link trades....

Hardlinks are not meant to get traffic... they are there just for inbound PR...

I had a link with you on one of your pages and then it got dropped for absolutely no reason....the ONLY reason I knew was because I check periodically....I emailed the contact info on the page with no response....
