that's not the fucking point, his ass is already owned by the federal government after copping a plea to the dog fighting charges - now the state of Virginia is about to charge him - and he tests positive for marijuana - it's not legal, he broke another law while waiting to go to jail for another conviction. it's why i said 'what a moron'. nobody gives a shit whether anybody else smokes week or crack - but while it's still illegal and you're already up to your eyeballs in legal problems you don't go breaking another law.I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. What the hell does it even matter if he was smoking? How is that tied to gambling on dog fights? I don't see the connection between the 2 or do I see how a smoker is more likely to flee or break the terms of his bail? If anything he'll get high and be paranoid and won't leave his house. The fact that they even tested him seems to be a violation of his rights to me, I mean honestly what purpose does it serve to test him for that?
