What the hell does it even matter if he was smoking? How is that tied to gambling on dog fights? I don't see the connection between the 2 or do I see how a smoker is more likely to flee or break the terms of his bail? If anything he'll get high and be paranoid and won't leave his house. The fact that they even tested him seems to be a violation of his rights to me, I mean honestly what purpose does it serve to test him for that?
