Personally, I don't use that word on any of my sites, but it was certainly used a lot in the mid to late '90's and early '00's. I just would like a little clarification on the point. It says "that they CANNOT use in their promotions". Was he using it in his promotions of your sites, or do you actually mean he can't have the word on his site at all? You might want to make that a little more clear.
