What did you end up going with in the extra space, a car wash or that drive thru coffee shop?

As for a name, I always like when a shopping center is called a Promenade, as it makes it sound classy. I would go with Majestic Promenade...

shops@ airline

airline is the road its on

names are always the hardest for me to come up with

btw no i havent put anything in the dead space yet.

that will be phase 2... then phase 3 will be another 5 units sincei already have 3 units pre leased.

this was one of my best investments yet

Just simple naming works with people remember the center or mall...keep it simple and it will make money!

Like " Airline Center Mall " ! That is what experienced successful developers would do... such as myself ;-)

If you are looking for classy I would stick with some variation of Promenade, since that is a classier name for an outdoor strip mall. You could go with Airline Promenade or Promenade at Airline or Promenade Shops at Airline or something similar.

Just don't call it Tam O'Shanter Plaza. Every fucking city in the world has one...
