Fris can request that his posts be deleted right this moment and GFY would delete them for him. I cannot request that GFY delete other members posts. He is the only person that can request that his posts be deleted without a court order. GFY need not act until ordered by a Court. Sometimes boards do act prior to a court order to be extra cautious. This is Fris' defamation action and he is going to bear the brunt of the damage for it.
When the imaginary Judge asks me why I didn't contact GFY, I will direct him to view the exhibits attached to my complaint demonstrating my communications with GFY regarding this matter. In other words - I HAVE CONTACTED GFY YOU IDIOT.

Why do you say I don't have a case against you when you directly threatened bodily harm on me and any of my friends. It was something about grinding our heads into the pavement until you could see bone and blood. Something along those lines...
I saved it all, have proof of it all, and will not ask anyone to remove your threats. Of course, I can't actually take you serious with your threats, but it's nice to know you are an idiot that lives in a fantasy world where the judicial system is waiting on your every action, ready to pounce on the next person that pisses you off.
