If it was truly doing you damage, you'd do everything in your power to have it removed. That includes having your imaginary lawyer send a C&D to the owners of this board. It's standard procedure in any online defamation case. I can't think of one that didn't have a C&D sent to the owners of the site and ISP.
If you are serious, consult an attorney. Pretending to play internet attorney is just going to make you a bigger laughing stock then you already are.

First of all, I don't need to do anything. I am the one under libelous attack. I can sue instantly.
A C&D is just a way to try to avoid a law suit. I sent Fris a C&D and he ignored. I made additional email and board posts requesting that he remove his libelous posts. He mocked and refused.
I do not have any other option at this point other than to have a court order the removal of the posts. When I have the Court order the removal of the posts, I am also asking for them to punish the offender(s) so that they will not continue to defame me and that they punish the defendants to make an example for others and I am asking for additional damages.
All appropriate parties have received a C&D. I know what I am doing.
Defendants are all well aware of the situation. I have asked that they remove the appropriate posts. Those who do not will have to answer why when asked by a Federal Court Magistrate Judge. And then they will have to pay accordingly.
