That's not true at all. You can request anything you want. You can request that GFY puts a giant picture of your face as the new logo if you want. Filing a C&D to take down what you claim is false and defaming information is common, I'm sure the folks who own the board have had their fair share come through.
If it was truly doing you damage, you'd do everything in your power to have it removed. That includes having your imaginary lawyer send a C&D to the owners of this board. It's standard procedure in any online defamation case. I can't think of one that didn't have a C&D sent to the owners of the site and ISP.
If you are serious, consult an attorney. Pretending to play internet attorney is just going to make you a bigger laughing stock then you already are.
