* I thought he was talking about . . .
* I meant something else. I was trying to say . . .
* This is all just a big misunderstanding . . .
* I didn't know that it is wrong to say that . . .
* We were all saying crazy things, I just jumped in . . .
* Plaintiff wouldn't prove to me that what he was saying is true, SO I KNEW IT WAS A LIE!
These are all laughable defenses.
ANY DEFENSE ALONG THESE LINES WILL GAURANTEE YOU LOSE BIG TIME.
