well...dont get hosted by some ramdom company
contact them and let them know what kind of site you are running, and if it will be ok to host there
most of them will say Yes but you must remove any content that gets reported
.....as for any hosting company sending out your information, just pay by epass or paypal and give all fake details...i guess
