Yep, we keep cannibalizing ourselves and there are a few winners at the moment, but in the end everybody loses.

I'd call it surrendering, because you let them enforce their business model on your company...it's a terrible mistake to think that collaborating with the devil will save your business.
Letting them dig your grave and paying them to do so is clever ? I don't think so...
