if it´s filled with terrible content, wobbly footage filmed with bad lighting and edited to low grade video, nothing you do will sell your content. However, using tubes can help with traffic as will all social media, if you upload with good quality footage.

Find the area that you want to focus on.
Find 3-5 big competitors.
Study them, Find what they did to be there and get to work slowly (longest part here depending on multiple factors)
Do what they do better or offer something original (something they dont have)
Keep going hard for a while perhaps years but dont stop and thank me later.
U need money to make money.
I would suggest u go legit if you going for a long run (Avoid stealing video and watermark upload on tubes) If you got legit videos and still wanna give for free with your watermark knock yourself out
