i would think most cam sites work this way .. otherwise they would be paying pps everytime a surfer bought more minutes...
like usually on camsits you create a "handle" or username as a surfer right.. so i would assumewith most camsites if the user was signed up thru a pps affiliate that all the future minutes he purchased would belong to sponsor , even if he visitied thru another affiliates revshare or pps link later on and bought more minutes.
