I'm just letting you know that today, my attorney and I worked with David Nance to get my last 4 sites back up and running and close the case. Everything is back to the way it was

I have to say that Mr. Nance was VERY helpful and pleasant in ironing things out and I do greatly appreciate his efforts in solving the matter in a timely fashion
As far as everyone's comments telling me to sue DirectNic. We worked through the problem, and things are back to the way they were. Sure, I did lose a few bucks during the downtime of the sites and a will lose a little more until the sites get back to the traffic they had, but there's really no reason for me to even consider it now because I got my domains back and I'm getting back to business. I don't need the headaches and I'm sure that DirectNic doesn't either.
Like I said in my last update, DirectNic was just trying to work through this matter and were trying to work with me on verifying some content. Sure, some people might argue if they do or don't have the authority to police my sites, but they did ask me and if I just would've kept it to myself without bringing it over here, I'm sure this all would've been worked out without any sites going down and nobody even would've known about it.
As far as transferring my sites away from DirectNic. I'm sure that's gonna be the next question everyone is gonna have for me. As of right now, I plan on keeping my domains at DirectNic. We worked through the situation and I think that each of us has learned a little from one another. I now have a different outlook on the way I run my sites, as far as watching out for some of the galleries that people might not agree with and I will be working at cleaning up my trades, so I don't have any fears of this situation happening again.
Anyways, I'm not gonna ramble on and on with the same story, so I'll end this post for now. I'm just glad that this is all over. Again, I thank DirectNic for working through this with me. I do honestly believe that they're a good company. Showing how they worked to get me back up and running was proof of that. Perhaps this was just a wake-up call that I needed.
