Zango is only one of many, many companies fucking us over the way they are (And also many other ways too). It's unfortunate that we're focusing so hard on Zango, when we should be focused on the bigger picture, we're getting fucked as affiliates. Program owners have a lot less to lose then affiliates, they get the sale at the end of the day, and they were already paying out on the sale, so not much different for them except for semantics.
We need to find new ways to secure our traffic flow, to make sure that the traffic is credited to the right parties.Free agentComment

Looks like they are targeting Bondage.com pretty hard.

The urls are different though. Usually they have subsite name, like subbondagecom or something like that. These 2 have different looking urls but they came from a zango page that was triggered when i went to bondage.comLast edited by will76; 11-23-2006, 06:42 PM.ICQ: 86364801 Email: will [at] innovativeassets [dot] com

Jact, it is unlikely that we will ever be able to stop all the toolbars and all the spyware companies out there. But we can put pressure on companies that are stupid enough to buy traffic from them, and in cases like bondage.com, take legal action to stop it from happening.Zango is only one of many, many companies fucking us over the way they are (And also many other ways too). We can't control the toolbars, but we can make affiliate programs feel the pain, at least a bit.Comment

If you read the posts here about AFF using Zango to steal from us, you can see postings start to pop up defending and/or excuse AFF, yelling for "proof" etc. It is of course those using such methods themselves or depending on AFF for advertising space etc.
This time we can't let it just to be buried as all shaving issues before! As a start, link to sponsors not using Zango. Many advertize here at GFY.Comment
