First off i tried a splash page on my website for AFF pushing sexsearch.com and some keywords . They were disapproved. Then i tried my aff link going to sleazydream.com sexsearch.com and some keywords and they were disapproved. Now even the keywords were getting disapproved with this setup. We don't yet know the FACTS whether AFF is blocking others bidding on their names. You seem to think that they are, or at least hope they are.
Yet if that is in any way remotely true, then what gives with AFF bidding on all the other names they hold no TM on? Didn't they even have high bid on your domain
This is all smelling like a whorehole at 5am on a Sunday morning if you ask me.

You can choose whether to defend a trademark or not. The courts will rarely find in your favor if a defendant can demonstrate that on multiple or significant occasions you failed to defend it.
In other words, you have to defend it all the time or you may as well not bother at all...Comment

The only question I have is why? Why is AFF doing this? Right or wrong, ethical or not? Lars said himself the amount of money made and spent on Zango is extremely small. So why would you risk screwing with your affiliates in order to make such a "small" amount of money.
