There was some serious money in that for a while (developing in London). I have said it before and been wrong but I think it has peaked here finally.
There are some places up north where its still worth a shot - I have 25% in 3 properties in Hull that have done 20% this year - no development just rented.
I get pissed off with myself that I held on so long and missed the really big money.Comment
