I know you what you mean, as i feel the same way.
The company he owns makes over 100 million dollars a year. People need to read that two or three times to let it sink in. But yet they don't want to spend money to protect their trademark on an open shut case. If they sued zango because of trademark infringment the problem would be solved. No one would be able to buy their keywords on zango, no one not even sexsearch. Then they wouldn't have to be "forced" into doing it.

The have a team of lawyers working for them already.
This tells me they don't want to stop doing it and the " it cost too much to protect our trademark" is just one more excuse from them why they dont want to stop buying scumware traffic.
