The first step is to kill the process, then remove it with the add/remove programs tool. That just removes the basics of the program. You still need to edit your registry, unregister dll files, and so forth that the add/remove program doesn't do for you. Do a search for zango manual removal and look at everything you need to do. Then go back to your computer and see how much of it you still have.
And that is if you were lucky enough to just get zango. If it was a bundled package you got, good luck.
