What I was meaning to say before my post got lost in translation was that Will76 obviously has a big problem with adware and that is fine lots of people do. However he does not have any problem with spam?
Spam got us into alot of the issues we are dealing with today such as processing/spam regulations etc...
I just find it funny that you can be totally fine with spamming someone's mailbox not knowing how old or young that person may be plus it being UNSOLICITED. However if someone installs adware totally knowing what they are installing (because they have to agree to a terms of service before installation).

I can't believe people tolerate, let alone think SPAM is ok. SPAM fucking sucks. Plain and simple. It takes time to delete, it takes time to setup filters and it really sucks when important emails get flagged as spam.
I think spammers are created from the same shit heap that the malware / spyware people are created from. It's sad so many people around here "tolerate" it. Dealing with spam wastes my time and everyone elses time. Let's say I charge $100 / hour consulting fees. If I figure I spend 20-30 minutes each day filtering out spam from my regular emails that filters don't pick up across multiple email accounts, spammers are costing me ~$1000 - $1500 per month in wasted time.A nasty side effect of spam and e-mailed viruses is costing companies an estimated $5 billion per year in IT resources, according to security services company IronPort.

Adware fucking RUINS peoples computers. Not everyone is technical, there are a lot of people out there who barely know how to use a computer and when they get adware it takes over and they just cant use their computer anymore.
"Legal" or not it prevents them from doing what they want online.
Hell Im pretty technical and the only way I could totally get rid of adware was through re-formatting.

Why do you guys care how other people make money? It's hard enough to make a decent buck online, you should focus your time on your own efforts rather than trying to call others out.
Whether or not DH does what you are all accusing him of doing is besides the point, he's not doing anything illegal so that is as far as that should go. You may think you are causing him to lose business but he is laughing because of how stupid your efforts are. He will continue to make money whether you cry about his business or not.
