I am by no means a lawyer, but there is no fucking way that a court would say that sonofsam did a copyright violation, IMO.

And yes, I can confirm that those two questions were both answered in that other thread you posted many weeks ago. I can't say with any accuracy the exact answers given, but they were answered. It had something to do with it being a bulk content package, so a few pregger sets and other niche sets were included on that basis.

As to the pics count, I think Aaron had said the actual count on that CD was BETWEEN 60k and 65k, and not as you claim 5k short.

No search function so it's hard to go find that thread, but that's the way I remember it.

I was allowing him through a verbal agreement to use the content to design the site so that once the content was paid off, he could launch right after receiving the license.

His claims of me allowing him to use the content then pay me is pure bullshit. His intention was to launch his solo girl site and use the money from that to pay off the balance owed to me.

7. After this point, the original issue of crappy content which customer didnt want to begin with is ignored as provider capitalizes on new issue of using unlicensed content, even though he had told him to do so.

8. Along the way, most of the original issues are ignored so content provider can feel justified in stealing 3600 dollars from customer.

This is the LAST time I will answer this.

There is a pregnant set because sos did a bulk purchase from me which included 140 models and spanned various niches. This was all covered in another thread.

Also there were 60k images because that's what he was told he was getting...Not 65k.

You're right...You're not a lawyer..Nor have you consulted with one on this issue.

I have....And he happens to specialize in Intellectual Property issues.

sos was specifically told on this very board that he did not have the right to publish the images. In that very same thread he later published them anyway.

Not only is that copyright infringement, but it was blatantly done in my face to provoke a reaction.

Now he's crying because he got one.
