Anybody who says a non-adult or adult company wouldn't be able to come up with the financing for a $100,000,000 - $300,000,000 purchase is unrealistic.
With $30 mil - $50 mil in the bank, you will have much more borrowing power than $300 mil.
Doable, yeah. Risky, hell yeah! LOL
But you know, Paul Allen spends $300 mil on a yacht, and $20 mil a year just to maintain it. People do and spend crazy things
