A friend of mine whats to start a cam operation with a couple of girls and asked me to find out how to get started. Help !!

You need girls first to convince affiliates to give you traffic...

Tell your friend it will be a long and painfull road. You need a lot of money in the bank, a lot of patience and you need a couple of people working really hard to make it work.

No short answer to that question.

I've never used them myself but a guy I know says NakedChatLive.com is fabulous and basically you sign up as a "studio" then you can manage all your girls from that one admin area and the girls get the benefit of the already built in traffic from their network.

I know a few girls who perform for some popular cam sites and do well enough to pay the apartment rent and food. However, working the cams is not a casual sort of thing, or something that can be done only for a few hours each night. Girls who work the cams tend to put in 8 to 10 hours sitting there waiting for a paying customer. Hey there MissDiva,

Why would I promote them on my own paysites?

I do promote them on some freesites I have tough. For webmasters I didn't experience any bad support yet. For studios I heard they are trying to cut all eastern european girls.
