If I submit sample galleries with their tgp's recip on them, will I be given higher consideration than submitting sample galleries with no recips or recips of some other tgps?

look at the galleries that they have on there site and make a gallery kinda like those galleries without copying anyones work.as for the recip,that is debatable because the gallery will look cleaner without them but at the same time they might want to know what the gallery will look like with the recip.i would ask the webmaster that your trying to get an account with.
