anyone have canadian webmaster solutions
Just wondering, seeing that I am canadian and Ibill will not let me use VISA anymore, what are my options and is there anyway around this? I dont know anyone in the states so that is not an option for me, and I imagine it is just too hard setting up my company as a US one. Any suggestions?

I am in the same situation. What my CTO came up with was a $200 Dreamcost.com solution, including the module to integrate full membership management into PostNuke, which we are using as a CMS base. I believe there is a company in Montreal, http://www.paysystems.com/ that handles Visa/MC/JCB/Dinersblahblah I haven't talked with them yet since I'm waiting on my CTO to get back to me about what's better for his implementation (all because the design doc was never made so we blindly made version changes without rhyme or reason--now to elevate it from Dev to Prod without really knowing how our site aligns with our strategy, we're falling behind faster. But give the PaySystems offering a look. Also, when Howard (my iBill Account Manager) told me that within the month, the $750 USD Visa fee I had just given them would be useless without establishing an entity in the US or EU (neither of which is feasible with our current cash position). He forwarded me to his legal department, who promptly returned my $750 (I hadn't used or benefitted at all from it and would never be able to). I believe MyPaySystems.Com is based in Montreal but has offices world-wide. Certainly if it is based in Montreal, you should have no problem switching to MyPaySystems.Com I haven't had time to look at their rates or specific offerings and I haven't had my CTO sign off on whether it would be compatible with our implementation or not, but it might be worth your checking into....
