Hi
I have some sponsors who pay through CCBill I signed up but cant find the place for adult sponsors, only all the mainstream things Should I skip them and just stick with the sponsors who pay though Paxum an Payoneer?

n00b question, since in parts of europe people are note used to pay with Mastercard, does CCbill also accept maestro payments? or for the Dutch market specific, do they accept iDeal payments?
