"Every" pertains to every PPS sale you make. The emphasis is that there are no minimum sale levels to hit, before you receive the $222.

As with any affiliate program, a PPS commission is paid out for the first purchase of every new customer, as it is outlined both in our FAQ and in the promotion details on AWEmpire.com, and probably the PPS rules and regulations of almost any affiliate program.

As for 'shaving affiliates' please refrain from making false accusations:
a) As usual, any affiliate is welcome to do test signups as long as they let us know afterwards

You are trying to hide the fact that you will not pay PPS for every customer who has purchased access in the past. I have been in this industry long enough to know that this is not standard procedure with affiliate programs, as you claim. Who are you kidding? Maybe you re-invented the PPS model?

I am just digging this out for everyone to see because I don't think that it is fair to lure in new affiliates based on false promises.

I stand by my words that it is "shaving affiliates". You have even explained how you do in your FAQ.

I haven't bought access to your site in the past, so of course my own test-signup would be counted correctly.

I cannot understand why such a huge company like AWE has to survive by fucking over affiliates? You have one of the most well-known chat sites on the planet and still you need to do such cheap tricks to get new affiliates. Of course the new affiliates will not earn much because most potential customers have already bought access in the past and thus not "eligible for payout" as hidden in your terms. So you want the new affiliates to send you signups without earning commission.

The above discussion is about PPS sales. If the member's first purchase was done with a PPS program, the affiliate obviously does not get commission for rebills.

If the first purchase of a member is done with a Revshare program code, the affiliate obviously earns commission from the member's subsequent purchases as well.

I wondered if it was $222 or 0. If an affiliate send, lets say someone who cancelled purchase 6 months ago, the new affiliate won't be credited at all if he send him back to you?
Without the affiliate sending you returning customer, you may not get that customer back, so wouldn't it also be fair to credit the new affiliate with a minimum? It's a signup, isn't it? A "conversion" into RS credit sounds fair to me.
