I'd hold off to see if it's really true. Although I remember when Manwin bought Webcams.com they kept it quiet for six months. Makes you wonder why a company feels the need to keep their acquisitions a secret for so long. Are they afraid some affiliates won't want to do business with them or will notice something they don't want them to notice?
