Payoneer + BofA - anybody else having problems?

Last week I sent a wire from my B of A business checking account to fund my Payoneer corporate account, something I have been doing weekly for nearly a year with no issues.

The next day I get an email from Payoneer saying my wire was rejected because they cant process payments from Montreal (I am in the US so no idea how Montreal comes into the picture) so I went to the local B of A branch and setup a second wire using the intermediary that Payoneer wants, in Germany.

That was Wednesday and my Payoneer account is still not credited and neither of the two wires have been refunded to my account. I was unable to pay my Payoneer affiliates on Friday and cannot afford to send a third wire out until I have some idea what happened to the first two.

Anyone else have issues like this?

    Hi!

Can you please email me at [email protected] and [email protected] so I can check this for you?

I am about to fly to London for a conference (AdTech London in case anyone will be there - we are in booth 250), but I will let Nissim know that you will be emailing in case I am on the plane.

We'll see what the problem is and take care of it for you.

The first wire was credited back to my account today, now I'm just waiting to see what happens to the second one.

            Hi guys,

The missing file has been retrieved and all the missing payments from Sept 8-10 have been loaded. We haven't had any reports of any more missing payments past those dates and really hope that this is the last time we have these problems. We are working hard with the bank to figure out what went wrong so we can make sure it doesn't happen again in the future.

The money will appear in your account within an hour, and will appear on your transaction list within about 6 hours.

As usual, if for some reason something is still missing, please let us know. I will be at a conference in London until Friday morning, but Nissim will be available (I will be checking my email periodically).
I hope they don't go away like epass.

But the people on that board are going nuts read this,

You must offer some sort of compensation for every day OUR MONEY IS LOST... this compensation is for PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE loss of income or earning potential....
if only epass would of done the same.

It all reminds me of http://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=985088

                Hey Guys,

I want to assure you that this situation is nothing more than a technical issue with our bank, in which a file was lost and affected a very small number of cardholder payments to Virtual Bank Accounts only (the issue has since been resolved and the payments are being processed). Partner payments were not affected in any way.

Since the issue occured we have processed thousands of payments without delay, and continue to do so, and are in close contact with the bank to find out exactly what happened and how to avoid it in the future.

If you have any questions at all you can contact me via PM, e-mail, or the Payoneer community forums.

My post above was in reference to your comment regarding the topic on our Community Forum, which is not related to partner transfers in any way (it is a technical issue with a small amount of payments made to the US Virtual Accounts, which has since been resolved).

If there is any issue with a transfer made to a Payoneer corporate account, as I mentioned above please e-mail me at [email protected] and [email protected] so that I can look into it.

Jersey, is this new intermediary Earthport?
Got info from Scoregroup that the wire to Commerzbank came back, and Payoneer told them to use this Eartpoint but this doesn't seem to be a real bank but a payment processor.

Primazo - we've been working with Earthport for a while - they handle our direct bank transfers to our users, too, so this isn't a new bank for us.
