It is real hard to find a good sales rep..

That is why I handle all mine my own

Thanks Jon....I came out of the Biotech world....selling capital equipment....it's a very tough industry....you have to be a very motivated sales rep in that industry or you won't do well.....the problem is layoffs are VERY prevalent
