question about search engine

if I try to redirect traffic from a search engine that goes to my tgp to a paysite will I get banned ?? I mean is it most likely that the search engine will catch me ?

Is anyone doing this ??

Thanks

I don't redirect but I put a link with their search query like

"Looking for [their search terms here]? Click here!"

that sends them to an appropriate sponsor, it works well and SEs don't notice/care.

Really the only way an SE will notice that you're redirecting is if a.) someone reports it, or b.) their bot comes from the same domain as the SE (so if you only redirect hits coming from google.com then googlebot.com would get your TGP page and you wouldn't get banned for redirecting).

Not sure how current that list is, though.
