Yes a DMCA "loophole" that is protecting ISP's. With out it every ISP would be sued because every ISP is in violation in one way or another and then you have no ISP's and internet.

terrible idea. really, not smart at all.
why do you want people that hate porn scrutinizing the industry. obviously no one from those groups thinks tubes are bad beacuse they steal content. they think porn is bad for moral reasons. it's the same a drug dealer calling the cops because someone stole dope from him |
