They all seem to use fake adds but pimpmansion has worked for me.

HI I have used LOADED CASH for about a year and I have never had one single problem with them. They have always paid out on time evry time and they do convert. A great program all round

ULust from Lust Dollars seems to be the new mint, I think loadedcash is best but this one seems to convert well on the minor traffic I've tried them with. Solid program too, from the makers of Traffic Cash Gold.
