I'm using it, and since it has a 64 bit version included I'm able to take advantage of the 16 gigs of ram in my new 64 bit machine. Super fast. And I agree with hypedough, the new workspace layouts are cool.

Oops forgot to mention what you probably are really curious about...the image processing. There is now an "exposure" setting that I'm finding I use more than the levels with a well lit picture. Still have to jump into levels to "fix" shit that isn't quite right. But I just shot some pics the other day that were outside in the shade. I brought them in straight off my Canon 5d into CS4. From there I had a menu that gave me a selection of several presets. I chose "shade" out of the selections which instantly brought the color up real nice. Then I went ahead and full fledged opened it into Photoshop with another click. From there I simply went to image->exposure and tweaked that a little until it pleased my eyes. Also I just did the high res photos for the next update on claudia-marie.com and I have some actions made out that reduce the size of the photo to 1152x768 and slap the watermark on. With CS4 running on 64 bits it was blindingly fast.

Not yet. Got it but I always wait a few months and do as much research as possible before upgrading. I could not live without my Lightroom 2 though

Just upgraded last Friday. I was playing with it on the weekend and it's just amazing. The new adjustments panel where you have access to all the tools and can apply non-destructively is great. I also like new dodge and burn. And specially the new raw version that allows you to make local adjustments to all the parameters with a brush tool.

 | For what they charge its insane how little they improve every year. at least 90% of the users won't be able to tell the difference between CS2 and CS4
