+1 Kudos. I've always had a response from them within 15 minutes, hell I still remember back in 0...4/5 when I first needed support and they responded within 40 seconds. I was in shock. Kickass guys :D

Those support guys are seriously by far the best customer support experience I've had in over 10 years of dealing with tech/vendors. Mike is particularly good, and Chris is awesome too. Lately though its been Keith that has been saving my ass.
