i think "double chocolate peanut butter crunch delight" is obviously the clear choice for a snack before workout. afterall, low glycemic carbs/fruits are so last century.

I understand the concept of regular food intake and how your body reacts to irregular meals by storing. My problem is I get a small craving but don't have the room for a meal (or often time). especially before a workout
