![]() Me and a few friends are looking to start a modeling / adult company. Now we are trying to find a site we like that we feel that will look good for us and what we are doing. Now I have looked at some adult websites. And they all seem to be giving off the same feel. notthing that will make me stop and say " Nice Site" Now i have found a site that I feel that will make us stand out from the rest. the link is http://www.blitzds.com . But as you can tell its not adult. But is that going to far? Would that be the right way to go if we wanted to stand out? Now I know the content is what's going to get you sign ups in the end. But we are trying not to be like the rest. we are looking to see if takeing it up a level in adult web designing is the right way? or just watesing or time. If you can. Can you post a few links that you feel is as far as the designing should go, whos in the top list with best adult web designs. this is going to help us out alot. Thanks

That site is cool, but unless you're going strictly for broadband-only users, you won't get much business.
Remember that the majority of porn surfers are still on dial-up - and most of them hate upgrading anything for fear of losing functionality that they already have or a fee that might be associated. If you're thinking of starting an adult company and have no prior experience in building adult web sites, getting traffic, convincing a surfer to click on your link and get him to pull out his credit card - then just stop right now. Every week someone invests a bunch of money in a paysite thinking they're going to cash in on the "sex sells" online adult industry and then they site wondering why the money isn't coming in. This isn't a case of "if you build it, they will come (and cum)". It's a case of "you must have people standing in a field already demanding that you build it". Namely, traffic. |
