Good point. If you want to get all technical and intellectual then we should reformat the question to something like "Selfishness = Going Nowhere as a Race (human race)" So you can either feel that or feel that it's some crazy whacko-theory...

I do agree with the message..

However, one has to be 'selfish' to a certain extent in modern day society.

I always try to help people and donate blood/money/time etc. when I can.
BUT
I'm not going to go out and donate all of my blood/money/time and me not have any left..
