Playboy playmate Jennifer Lyn Jackson was reportedly arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence in Oberlin, Ohio on June 30, 2007.

The 38-year-old was caught with a large amount of beer bottles, marijuana and rolling papers in her car.

The police claimed that the model even stole cigarettes from a gas station.

Jackson however passed the sobriety test, which was captured on the arresting officer's dash cam, with a 0.077 reading, with the legal limit in the country being 0.08. She was arraigned on July 3, 2007.

This is not the first time that Jackson was arrested, for earlier she has been under arrest for receiving stolen property, stemming from the burglary of a house trailer.

Sorry, my brain can't downgrade enough to even enter this argument with you. All I can suggest is try re-reading & learn English basics like uses of question marks, etc. Maybe then learn the difference between a breathalizer test and a sobriety test, cuz you seemed to have trouble with that one at the beginning too.
