who knows what service offers cc processing for adult material online store? visa, mastercard, etc - anybody? do I have to do my own merchant account?

Can't go wrong with your own merchant account for tangibles. Only takes about a day or two before you're up and processing through your own account. Talk to Netbilling to get setup quick and cheap.

If you want to get your own merchant account, you could check out CyberSource. CCBill does not handle tangible goods. (or didn't)
